Customers should convey any questions about available shop items to the artists directly.

Returns
Once a package is received by the customer they will have 7 days to return the package at the customer’s expense, including coverage of tax and duties should this be applicable to cross border sales. The item must be unused and returned in its original packing material.

 

Exchanges

All sales are final, but an exchange can be made for an item. Store credit for the original amount of the item(s), (excluding shipping) will be held for 4 months to be put towards a future purchase. (Please note that as each item is handmade, the exchanged piece might differ slightly in feel and appearnace due to glazing and firing techniques.)

 

Again, all shipping costs (including cross border taxes and duty fees) on the exchanged item are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Breakage
A word about breakage. Make and Do artists have many years of experience packing and shipping items worldwide. Should breakage occur it is up to the customer to file and pursue a claim with Canada Post.
